If you are feeling burned out (as evidenced by your chronic exhaustion, royal crab ass attitude, and frustration over never feeling like you can get anything accomplished – at least not without battling miles of red tape and tolerating the unpredictable whims of those with more authority and power than you) – then you probably got there unwittingly.
